What does Miles actually do?
Miles watches publicly bookable airfare, compares prices and itinerary quality, and sends the fares that look genuinely unusual. Miles does not sell airline tickets.

What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free gets a selection of Miles finds after Premium. Premium gets every qualifying fare first, as soon as it clears the bar.
How often will I get emails?
There is no forced schedule. Some weeks produce several worthwhile fares; other weeks produce fewer. If a fare is not worth opening an email for, Miles would rather not send it.
Why did the price change after I opened the email?
Airfares can move in minutes. Every deal page shows searches Miles checked, but the airline or booking provider controls the live price. Always verify the final total before paying.
Where do the booking links go?
Miles links to public flight-search or booking-provider pages, including services such as Google Flights or Skyscanner when appropriate. You complete the booking with the provider you choose.
What about baggage?
Baggage varies by airline and fare family. Miles may show the itinerary, but you should always verify baggage, seat, change and cancellation rules on the provider or airline before booking.
Can I change my departure airport?
For now, the easiest option is to subscribe to the Miles market for the airport you want watched. More flexible account preferences are planned as the service grows.
How do I cancel Premium?
Reply to a Miles email and ask to cancel. Your subscription will be stopped from renewing. A self-service billing page will replace this manual process as the product matures.
Can Miles book the trip for me?
No. Miles is an airfare-alert and research service, not a travel agency. The final purchase is always between you and the airline or booking provider.
Why is Miles anonymous?
Miles is a pseudonymous publishing identity. The fares are public; the value is in watching them closely enough to notice the unusual ones in time.
What about hotels?
Yes, the same kind of pricing patterns exist with hotels. Flights are the focus for now. Reply to a Miles email and tell me where you're from if you want the hotel version.
