What Miles provides
Miles is an airfare-alert and research service. Miles may identify publicly bookable fares, estimate how unusual a price is, validate sample dates and provide links to third-party flight-search or booking services.
Miles is not a travel agency
Miles does not issue tickets, operate flights, control airline inventory or act as the merchant for your travel booking. Your booking contract is with the airline, travel agency or other provider you choose.
Prices and availability change
Airfares can change or disappear at any time, including after Miles checks a search or sends an email. A displayed fare is evidence of what Miles found, not a guarantee that the same fare will remain available.
Check the details before paying
You are responsible for confirming the final price, travel dates, passenger names, airports, connection times, visa or entry requirements, baggage, seats, fare rules, cancellation terms and any other booking conditions before purchase.
Premium
Premium is a paid subscription for earlier and broader access to qualifying Miles fare alerts. The price and billing period are shown before checkout. Premium does not guarantee a minimum number of deals, a particular saving, or availability of any specific destination.
Cancellation
You may cancel Premium to stop future renewal by replying to a Miles email and requesting cancellation. Cancellation does not cancel or change any flight you booked with a third party.
Third-party services
Links may lead to airlines, Skyscanner, Google Flights or other third-party services. Their terms, prices and policies govern your use of those services.
Acceptable use
Do not use Miles to abuse, interfere with or attempt unauthorized access to its systems, email infrastructure or third-party services.
Changes
Miles may improve the service and update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
